Learning about quality when the container is opened is learning too late. We follow the product from the earliest stage of production through to packing.

Where we step in across the process
- 01
Producer selection
The growing region and factory are assessed on site before any supply relationship begins. Production conditions, hygiene standards and capacity weigh as heavily as the product itself.

Sampling and analysis
Samples are drawn before ordering. Assessment is made on physical characteristics and product analysis appropriate to the category.

Cupping and quality control
Cupping for coffee, quality control for other categories — judged on consistency across production from different periods rather than on a single lot.

Packing and packaging
Packaging material and packing method are set against the shipping conditions. Over long-distance freight this stage affects quality directly.

Shipment and delivery
Export, freight and Turkish import processes are handled by us, which is how traceability is preserved across the chain.
